You know, I did this a few years ago on holidays, and I have no fear of heights, and I wasn't at all scared of going on the flying fox, but when it came to actually step OFF, I practically needed to be pushed. I found it so hard to take that step. You were so calm! After I went on, Gemma had a go and her hair got tangled in the workings. She had to be dragged by rope back up the top again, and her hair detangled so she could be freed.

This was the fifth segment of the zipline, so we'd all had some practice by then.
We were told that anyone with long hair should wear it back, so they must have had, or heard about, someone who had an experience like Gemma's. Ouch!
