Star quilt top
I've never done a .5" border like the orange one before, and was worried that it would look all wavery, but it actually turned out fine! Finished size will be around 60" square (thus, lap quilt or quite a generous baby quilt).
Now I have to deal with the quilting machine to finish up.

That narrow border does look very challenging.
It's so interesting to me that, though the purple border is three times as wide, the color in the photo is almost impossible to make out. Must be optical mixing with the orange!
